Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking number within the email to view the status of your package. You may also call customer service at 1-800-253-2924, ext.533 Monday thru Friday 8 AM - 5 PM to receive an update on its status. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at customerservice@luxgreenliving.com to retrieve it.

Order Confirmation
After you click "submit order" an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on your account sign up, confirming the receipt of your order.
Shipping Promotions
From time to time, Lux Green Living will offer discounted or free shipping promotions. In order to qualify for the shipping promotion, your order must ship via Ground and meet the minimum qualifying dollar amount if applicable. The minimum qualifying amount of your order excludes tax, shipping charges. Valid on orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only.
Shipping Process
All orders placed by 12 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday will be processed the next day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST on Friday and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders will ship standard ground unless express delivery is specified.
You can now order by Noon (ET) and receive your order the next business day! We are pleased to announce expedited shipping via UPS. UPS Ground, 2 Day and Next Day services for orders placed on www.luxlifegreenliving.com, or via phone.

You select UPS 2-Business Days as your shipping method. 0-1 business days (processing time) + 2 business days
(shipping time) = 2-3 days (delivery period).
Business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. Federal Holidays.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Items that are being shipped to Alaska can only be shipped using our standard ground service.
Items being shipped to Hawaii can be shipped using our standard.
